How to get to the Congress Venue
By train, by car, by plane, by tramway – the congress and exhibition center of Firenze Fiera is always within easy reach.
The Amerigo Vespucci International Airport (FLR) is only 4 km away from the Florence city centre, and Line T2 of the tramway connects it to the main Santa Maria Novella railway station in 20 minutes.
The Galileo Galilei International Airport in Pisa (PSA) is only one hour away from the Florence city centre, and is connected to the Tuscan capital with trains departing every hour and Terravision buses.
Thanks to high-speed trains connecting Bologna to Florence in half an hour, the Guglielmo Marconi Airport in Bologna (BLQ) also allows you to easily reach Florence.

Are you arriving from A1 motorway?Then you can park at Villa Costanza – the first Drive & Tramway system in Italy – without exiting from the motorway. From there, the tramway will take you to the city centre in a few minutes.

Most buses stop at the main railway station and therefore near to the convention venue.
Bus tickets can be purchased in most coffee bars and kiosks (Fares update September 2026).
Tickets valid 90 minutes: 2,00 € the Tap and Go function by credit card is also available.
The tickets are not effective until they are validated into the yellow machines on the bus.
The single ticket is valid for 90 minutes from the moment it is validated.
Taxis in Florence can be ordered by phone or found at official taxi stands, but they cannot be hailed on the street. Taxis are usually available at designated taxi stands in the main squares around the city and at the airport.

By motorway A1, you only need 20 minutes between from exits Firenze Nord and Firenze Sud to reach the congress and exhibition center and its car parks.
You may also decide to leave your car directly on the motorway and catch the tramway, thanks to the first Drive & Tramway in Italy. Just leave your car inside the car park at Villa Costanza and reach the city centre in a few minutes!
